Sep 12, 2011 · My daughter is having a birthday party on Friday. She invited 8 kids (4 boys and 4 girls) all around the same age 13-14 years old. They were going to watch a movie together (part of the party). I don't know what would work for all of them. Ideally I would prefer a PG film, as many of the PG-13 could go as R movies from what I have seen. But the family of 14 finds Some of these can get pretty intense for a 13 year old so take precaution when watching these movies :) Alvin and the Chipmunks Meet Frankenstein Alvin and the Chipmunks Meet the Wolf Man (this one is kind of intense so be careful) Beetlejuice The Little Vampire (again pretty intense but it's a good movie) Halloweentown Halloweentown 2: Kalabar Nick Alexander has a good answer on here the I recommend. But first, we have establish some rules: An appropriate horror film for an 11-year-old must have the following components: Friendship. Zombie movie enthusiasts like to point out that zombies are just the thing that happens. A classic two-for-one Disney literary adaptation, the Mr. Toad half is light on scares (though that bathing suit is certainly horrific). The second half, though, is an adaptation of Washington Irving’s The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, that age-old American campfire story in which teacher Ichabod Crane is regaled with legends of the headless horseman, only to encounter the apparition later. Scooby-Doo and Jasper the ghost if the others are to scary for you ;) also some good ones are(for the scardie cats)--- The haunted mansion, halloween town, disney "scary" type movies, & anything from the goosebump sieries.. if you want scare meaning TERRIBLE movies that are so bad its frightening, go with- twilight (all the movies), good-burger
