Posted: Wed Dec 24, 2008 13:32 Post subject: Is Belkin F5D7234-4 supported by dd-wrt?: Just bought a Belkin F5D7234-4 to use as an xbox wireless adaptor is this supported by dd-wrt?
I can flash the dd-wrt, but it never worked for me. I mean no connection on LAN and WAN side. I can log in to the router only using serial connection. But at least it is not bricked. I did not test the default firmware as that is reported as highly inconsistent. I installed DD-WRT right after the router arrived. Pro's: 1. DD-WRT Support 2. Cheap $20 at time of purchase 3. Wireless N Support 4. USB good for wireless printing or NAS Con's: 1. No external antenna 2. Default software (replace with DD-WRT)
